Mr.Rajiv Sikka is the IT Head of Medanta Group since 2014. Medanta runs a 1,250 bed super specialty hospital (Medanta – The Medicity) located in Gurgaon, National Capital Region of Delhi, a 1,000 bed hospital in Lucknow, 225 bed hospital in Ranchi, and a 160 bed super specialty hospital in Indore. In addition, Medanta is currently constructing a 600 bed hospital in Patna and a 500 bed hospital in Noida. In the current role, Rajiv is responsible for group IT functions covering digital transformation initiatives and IT Operations. At Medanta, in conjunction with business he formulated 5 years IT roadmap covering infra, applications, security, compliance, business continuity & partner ecosystem. He successfully introduced standardization by rolling out common systems across all locations covering ERPs, Mobility Platforms, Digital Initiatives and IT operations in line with philosophy of One-Medanta-way-of-working.

Dr A Padmavathi is Chairperson HPPI India. She has worked as a legal aid director in Indian Social Institute from 1990 to 2000. She has also served as a senior economist in National council for applied economics, a premier govt institute. She worked on tribal welfare finances of Chattisgarh from 1986 to 1988. She was a lecturer of Economics at Venkateshwara College and lady Sri Ram College. She has also worked with IGNOU as guide for HIV Aids curriculum and economics project. She is also an advisor for geriatric care for seniors and implemented projects of home care with Apollo and Max from 2012 till now.

Dr Pooja Sharma is Associate Director and Head at Medanta Institute of Education and Research, Gurgaon. She is a well- renowned scientist having been in the field of research for over 15 years now. Prior to Medanta, she has worked in AIIMS and Society for Applied Sciences as a senior scientist. Her expertise lies in protocol development, clinical trials and research ethics and public health research, amongst others. She completed both, MD (Obs and Gynae) Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS) and M.B.B.S from BHU, Varanasi.

Dr. Rekha Khandelwal is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician and has been in medical practice since 1981. She has done her graduation from K. G. Medical College, Lucknow, and post-graduation from S. N. Medical College, Agra. She is also a Director of Vardaan and is also involved in the day-to-day administration of the hospital.
